About this policy
This policy covers Veda Silicon’s website, early-access requests and invited accounts. OLLIE CEE SOFTWARE INC., operating as Veda Silicon in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is responsible for the personal information collected through these features. You can reach the team about privacy at support@vedasilicon.com.
Paid model deployments are not currently available to order. The site does not currently accept prompts, training datasets or other customer inference content for a live model. We will explain any new handling of that data before those features become available.
Information we use
- Early-access requests. We store your email, the place on the site where your request began and the request date. We use this to manage invitations and contact you about your access. Current requests do not store a model selection; older requests may contain the model interest supplied at that time.
- Accounts and security. We store your name, email, verification and invitation status, and account identifiers. Sign-in records can include IP address, browser information and timestamps. Passwords are stored as hashes. If you enable passkeys or two-step verification, we store the credential records needed to verify them. Passkey private keys and device biometrics are not sent to us.
- Quotes and payments. If you review an available offer or make a payment, we store account-linked model and plan details, price, currency, timestamps and payment references and status, including refunds or disputes. These records support billing, support, fraud prevention and accounting. Stripe collects payment details through its form; our application does not receive your full card number or security code.
- Messages you send us. Contact forms and email include your address and the content you choose to share. The contact form uses your verified account details and sends your message to our support mailbox. We use this information to answer your request and resolve service issues. We keep delivery records and limited submission details to prevent spam and duplicate messages.
- Website and security information. Requests expose network and browser information to our hosting and security services. We use security checks, limited diagnostic information and request identifiers to detect abuse and troubleshoot failures. Cloudflare Turnstile checks early-access and contact submissions; we keep a temporary token fingerprint to prevent reuse.
We do not sell personal information or use the current site for targeted advertising. An early-access request is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Model performance
When we provide a model deployment, we collect technical measurements to show its performance, investigate service problems and improve our model configurations. These include request counts, response times, outcomes, token totals where supported, and use of CPU, GPU, memory, disk and network. This analytics pipeline does not collect prompts, generated content, uploaded media, IP addresses, API keys or message text. It is separate from account, billing and security records.
Your performance history is linked to your deployment and is available only to your account and authorized staff. We keep summarized history while the deployment exists. At 90 days after its resources are deleted, we start a summary process, then delete the linked analytics whether that process succeeds or fails. Older measurements are combined into broader time periods.
We may keep anonymous, grouped performance summaries indefinitely to improve the service. These omit account and deployment links, exact timelines and small or distinctive groups. We do not keep your original deployment history indefinitely by calling it anonymous. Payment, support and security records have separate retention needs described below.
Service providers and sharing
We use providers for the functions needed to run the service:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and API, stores application data, provides network security and Turnstile, and sends invitation, account and contact emails. See Cloudflare’s Privacy policy.
- Stripe handles payment entry, authentication, processing and related fraud checks when checkout is used. We provide the purchase information it needs and receive payment results. Stripe also handles some data for its own legal and financial obligations. See Stripe’s Privacy policy.
- Email providers deliver and store correspondence when you email our support address, including your email address and the message content.
Our current account system runs within Veda Silicon’s Cloudflare service. Account credentials are not sent to a separate social-login provider. Staff access is limited to service, support and security needs. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate fraud, protect the service or respond to a valid legal request.
Our providers operate internationally. Information may be stored or processed outside your country, including outside Canada, where local laws and lawful access requirements may differ. We do not promise that all information stays in a single country.
Retention and security
We keep information for the purpose described here: managing an outstanding invitation, providing an account, handling support or maintaining payment records. Retention also depends on security investigations, disputes and legal or accounting obligations. A session or invitation expiring does not mean every related record is immediately deleted.
We use encrypted connections, restricted account access and protected credential storage. These safeguards reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your own login and recovery details private and tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access or correct your information, remove an early-access request, close your account, withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern. Email support@vedasilicon.com from the address associated with your request or account. We may need to verify your identity before making a change or sharing personal information. Never send us your password or recovery codes.
We handle these requests directly; there is no automated account-deletion button today. We will explain any information we must retain and why. Withdrawing information needed for an account may prevent us from continuing that service. Account security and payment notices may still be needed while the account or transaction remains active.
Your rights depend on applicable privacy law. You can also raise a concern with your local privacy authority. In Canada, information is available from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Updates and contact
We update the date on this page when this policy changes. We will explain material changes to how we use information and seek consent when required before using it for a new purpose. For questions or concerns, contact support@vedasilicon.com.
